the !ban command bans a user for a set amount of time, and is typically permanent by default. I would use !ban (name or steam ID) 0 massRDM, Appeal at https://zetanetworks.mistforums.com/news
To perma ban and send a message to the user stating that massRDM is the reason for ban. I would also include a link to the forums so they can appeal the ban if they so wish as not everyone who plays has the forum link on hand

Identify if its a bug or error causing the issue, if not give a verbal warning to the person. if they continue then escalate to warns, and then kick, then eventually ban.
[color=#e2e2e2]2. Now there is a person in a ship, flying around ramming people, but at the same time also screaming racial slurs and saying Allahu Ackbar. What is the punishment here?:[/color]
Remove them from the ship, gag so they cannot scream the slurs, give a warning verbally and physically. If they continue the slurs and screaming, kick. if they return and continue, then ban.

There are 2 people in the server, both running around causing tons of problems, breaking many rules we have here, but then you see the owner of the server TP to them, but at the same time you know the owner is busy setting up jobs or just improving the server in general, and really does not need to be bothered whilst doing so. I would direct message the owner asking if they would like me to take over the sit, or if they want to continue handling the situation. If they pass the sit to me ill handle it as is outlined in the rules.

Ban the player and alert higher ups to the threats.
[color=#e2e2e2]5. People are saying there is a hacker inside the server. But for some reason you decide to ignore it, but more and more people start to complain about it. What exactly are you going to do to the person who is being accused of hacking?:[/color]
I would cloak and follow the individual to gather evidence against the individual if they are hacking, and if I believe they are I would confront them with the evidence and complaints and ascertain whether or not they were hacking. if they were I would give a temp ban.

Now you see the Owner flying around, abusing they're powers, breaking a ton of they're own rules. As a staff member here, what is your next move? Is this even worth punishment, do you even take action here? Say anything at all? What ban/kick or warn the owner of the server?:[/color]
The owner can exempt themselves from the rules, but if the owners actions are causing a negative experience for the players I would bring that up to the owner and recommend a solution in a respectful manner. I would not kick/ban/warn the owner of the server, but I would be honest if they are minging too hard.
